Park Chinois is a major restaurant night club located in Mayfair and created by Alan Yau. The project was extremely complex requiring new kitchen ventilation systems to be threaded though the existing buildings and the location of new external plant to comply with the planning authority’s requirements. As usual available space within the building was restricted and the design of the MEP services required careful coordination.
