This was the first site for the Roka concept launched by the owners of Zuma. The restaurant comprises ground floor dining and a basement bar/lounge. The primary demand of the project was to provide a very high volume catering extract system to deal with the special robata grille within the open kitchen. External plant space was not available and most of the air-handling plant had to be located within the public areas.
