This is a new high quality restaurant and bar designed to serve both the local Mayfair clientele and the customers of Fortnum and Mason in which the site is located. The site was previously the Fountain Restaurant and the scope of the project was a complete refurbishment with new MEP services separated from the main store services to allow flexible trading times. Ceiling heights were raised from the previous scheme by the location of vertical fan coil units behind seating and careful integration of ventilation ductwork. The kitchen was completely refitted.
