This project comprised major alterations and refurbishment of an existing 1990’s office building to form 12,000 sq ft of new contemporary offices. MEP services are generally exposed with some suspended rafts so careful co-ordination was required to achieve a visually pleasing design. Lighting is all LED, hot water by heat pump and ventilation with full heat reclaim. The building is rated as BREEAM very good.
