The project comprised the Cat B fit-out of the 15th and 18th floors of the building. The fit-out area was 12,000 sq ft involved the creation of new comms rooms, executive briefing areas, partners playground, café, prep kitchens, break out areas and meeting rooms as well as general office space.

The basebuild scheme utilized chilled beams which presented challenges in adapting these systems for the divided spaces created by the fit-out. Various options were considered and presented to the Client along with relevant temperature analysis studies.
