We acted for Burberry on the acquisition and Cat A monitoring of this refurbishment development and then designed the MEP services for the 120,000 sq ft Cat B fit-out. The scheme includes a full service restaurant/canteen, executive floors and large flexible presentation spaces designed to suit the needs of a leading international luxury retail brand. As with all Burberry projects a high level of audio-visual provision was integrated into the design.
