ENVIRONMENTAL AND SUSTAINABLE DESIGN
We have wide-ranging experience in environmental and sustainable design and the necessary expertise to advise clients and design teams on these issues. We can provide consultancy advice to assist in concept design, planning applications and detailed design stages of projects. We continually research new engineering design solutions that reduce carbon emissions and we are keen to be involved at an early stage of any project so that we can influence all aspects of the design.
LISTED & HISTORICAL BUILDINGS
We have carried out many projects working with listed and historical buildings – particularly in Central London.
We are used to developing engineering strategies to suit these types of buildings and which respect their architecture and historical fabric. We work carefully with the rest of the design team to assist in the obtaining of the necessary planning and listed building consents.
For examples of some of our projects in conservation areas or listed status please refer to:
The practice has established an independent lighting design consultancy: Paul Nulty Lighting Design.
