BERWICK WORKS – WORKPLACE

This project was a mixed-use development of three Victorian industrial buildings that form a prominent corner on Berwick Street, Soho. Originally built as a warehouse and workrooms for the costume industry, this large project completely restored the fabric of the site that became "Berwick Works".

The development provided Cat A offices with a floor area of around 700m2 and three retail/cafe units at street level that were around 400m2. A completely new MEP services installation was required comprising exposed fan coil units and ductwork for the heating and cooling and new architectural lighting designs.

The result is a building that externally truly embeds the historical character of the area and internally provides state of the art office space.
