This project comprised the conversion of the upper floors of an existing office building together with a new roof extension to provide three duplex apartments. The apartments are arranged over two floors each to ensure that each has use of the higher floor to ceiling heights available on some floor levels. New plantrooms were created for each apartment and full comfort cooling installed. The apartments were pre-wired for AV and integrated lighting, HVAC and AV control systems.
