TOMMY HILFIGER, LIVERPOOL STREET – RETAIL

This store for Tommy Hilfiger is located on top of the main entrance to Liverpool Street underground station and celebrates their core sportswear concept. The store forms part of the re-development of Broadgate Circle. It commands a prominent position to attract interest from the millions of passengers.

It was a particularly challenging project in MEP terms because of the base build structure and client’s desire to maximise ceiling heights. By working closely with the Architects and Client solutions were found, including the use of 4 pipe recessed cassette units and careful coordination of the ventilation ductwork with the structure. We also provided input into the lease and Landlord approval process.
