OSEYO – RETAIL

EM Tecnica delivered full MEP design services for Oseyo’s largest and most ambitious UK store to date in Sheffield. Spanning approximately 13,000 sq. ft across three floors, the store was their 19th UK location, we have now supported the delivery of MEP across more than 10 of their stores nationwide.

More than a supermarket, Oseyo combines food, lifestyle, and culture to create a vibrant destination for families, students, and fans of Korean and Asian culture. The project transformed an existing unit into a dynamic, high-performance retail environment aligned with the brand’s contemporary identity.

The MEP design provides an efficient and flexible services strategy to support fresh produce, refrigeration, and in-store food preparation. Working within the constraints of the existing structure, systems were carefully coordinated to ensure energy efficiency, compliance, and seamless integration with the architectural design.
