This project is one of the largest EM Tecnica have completed and carried the additional complexities of working in Paris under French regulations.

The project comprised the structural alterations and fit-out of an existing 90,000 ft2 building to provide a flagship store and headquarter offices for Nike.

The store is one of Nike’s House of Innovation flagship stores along with two other sites in New York and Shanghai. House of Innovation stores include very high levels of audio-visual technology that provide an immersive and responsive retail environment, hence large amounts of data cabling and high cooling levels are required.

MEP services are generally exposed and careful design work was required along with the Architects and Client’s in-house design team to ensure a highly coordinated installation.

EM Tecnica provided a full design MEP service for both the retail store and the offices and were also involved in extensive negotiations with the Landlord team to ensure suitable base build provisions were made.
