This leading American clothing retailer accelerated its UK expansion with the launch of a flagship store in a prime Oxford Street location. Designed to seamlessly integrate digital and in-store experiences, the space delivers an elevated and highly engaging customer journey.

EM Tecnica provided full MEP design and site monitoring services, supporting the project in achieving an EPC A rating and aligning with the client’s sustainability goals.

The 9,500 sq. ft. store features a bookable VIP lounge for personalised fittings, alongside a dedicated checkout area - creating a premium, tailored shopping experience unique to this flagship location.

In addition to this project, EM Tecnica partnered with Abercrombie & Fitch on multiple UK sites, delivering design solutions for both new stores and refurbished retail spaces across shopping centres and high streets.
