NEWCOURT STREET – RESIDENTIAL

EM Tecnica delivered full MEP design services for Newcourt Street, the restoration and extension of the former St. John’s Wood police station, located moments from Regent’s Park.

The scheme comprises nine boutique rental residences and a commercial atelier, arranged around a characterful cobbled courtyard. The design balances heritage restoration with contemporary living, creating a refined residential environment within a historic setting.

The MEP strategy focused on integrating modern building services within the constraints of the existing structure while preserving its architectural character. Systems were carefully coordinated to deliver efficient, reliable performance.

Working closely with the design team, EM Tecnica developed discreet solutions for heating, cooling, ventilation, and power, ensuring resident comfort and flexibility for the commercial space.
