SPRING – HOSPITALITY

Set within a beautiful space at the iconic Somerset House, the restaurant Spring brings a warmth and elegance that enhances this stunning setting. Owner and Head Chef Skye Gyngell is one of Britain’s most respected and acclaimed Chefs and the restaurant showcases her heartfelt, seasonal and wholesome dishes.

Our design challenge was the seamless integration of MEP services into a unique Grade I listed building. Most of the services were routed through the floor voids and cooling units were concealed in wall and furniture voids. The end result is the much loved, hospitable, and stylish interior that it is so famous for.
