NO. 124 BRIGHTON – HOSPITALITY

This landmark project for Guest House Hotels occupies a prominent position within a historic listed building overlooking Brighton’s iconic seafront. The redevelopment reimagines the property as a distinctive coastal destination, blending restored heritage architecture with contemporary hospitality spaces.

Inspired by Brighton’s vibrant culture, the interiors feature locally influenced artwork and design, creating a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. Expansive sea-facing terraces are complemented by lounges, bars, a restaurant, and a spa, offering a complete guest experience.

EM Tecnica delivered full MEP design for the scheme, carefully integrating modern services within the constraints of the listed building. Working closely with the architect and project team, systems were discreetly coordinated to preserve the building’s historic character.
