HUTONG – HOSPITALITY

Situated on level 33 of The Shard, the UK’s tallest building, Hutong serves exceptional Northern Chinese dishes and artisan cocktails with unrivalled panoramic views of the London skyline. The restaurant is named after Beijing’s ancient Hutongs – the traditional narrow lanes which revealed old family houses and grand courtyards.

The dark atmospheric décor and design reflect these traditional Chinese influences and the project required very specific and creative integration of MEP services to ensure this vision was achieved, along with close liaison with the Landlord throughout.
