This was a Cat B fit-out with an area of 26,000 sq ft spread over four floors of a refurbished building in Victoria, with a value of £3.5M. The brief incorporated substantial IT provisions including UPS and generator support and the provision of showroom and catering facilities suitable for the headquarters of an international luxury brand. The project then extended a further 14,000 sq ft to cover the offices for their holding company.
